Section 1-1 Policies
The Amherst County Public Library Board of Trustees determines
library policies (Amherst County Code, Sec. 6-8,3). The Library
Director/Head Librarian shall have the full responsibility
and authority to operate the library under the adopted policies
and be the executive director of the policies adopted by
the board. (Amherst County Code, Sec. 6-6b, c).
