Section 2-1 Public Service
The Library will serve all patrons of this area, who, because
of residence, employment, economic or cultural interest,
or attendance at a local educational institution have need
and desire to use the facility. Service shall not be denied
or abridged because of religious, racial, ethnic background,
social, economic or political status. (Amherst County Code,
Sec. 6-9a.)
