2-3.1 General Policies
There is no limit on the number of library materials that
may be checked out by a patron.
The use of the Library may be denied for due cause. Such
cause may be failure to return books or materials or failure
to pay penalties, destruction of books or other library property,
disturbance of patrons or any other objectionable conduct
on library premises. (Amherst County Code, Section 6-9c.)
Patrons are blocked from further circulation
when they owe $5.00 or more in any type of fines or fees.
